Answer: Introduction Teachers are the best persons who can take the responsibility to build a bright society. The students are the pillars of the society who have the capability to hold the responsibilities in order to take the society to another level of success. It requires perfect eligibility of the teachers in order to make the students eligible for the society. The morals of life, education, education about ethics, culture etc. is mainly provided by the teachers. The students come to know about all the policies of the society, the culture of the country and many things. The lessons about these aspects are mainly learnt from the knowledge of the teachers. It can be said that the eligibility of the teachers must meet all the required criteria and the government of the country must provide the proper system to the teachers so that the teachers must get the proper platform to provide the education. A perfect teacher can play the role of leaders in the field of education. They can motivate the students b y setting perfect example in the field of learning. Pedagogy and classroom practice The science and the art of education can be termed as the pedagogy (Pistolesi, 2001). This can be considered as the instructional theory. The role of an instructor in this case is very crucial. They are the one who can develop the conceptual knowledge and can manage the content of learning activities in pedagogical settings. Pedagogy is defined as many different types of several teaching procedures. It can be said that a wide range of teaching processes can be elaborated by this method and it can be described in this way that pedagogy has the definition of the core teaching processes. The teachers become eligible to teach perfectly and the students become obedient to learn all the taught lessons. There are many more teaching processes that is covered by pedagogy. Those processes are, discovery learning, independent study, distance learning and hands on learning (Watkins, 2010). Classroom practices are the best options in order to increase the knowledge of the students. It can elaborate in this way that the classrooms are the best place where many students come and the teaching process goes in front of everyone. This is very effective in terms of teaching process. Everything happens in front of everyone where a particular student gets to learn from the mistakes of the others. On the other hand some of the students get the motivation from the performance of other students as well. The teachers find it easy and use the situation perfectly in order to make the teaching process more effective in the class rooms. The teachers get various types of students where they can distribute the knowledge and wisdom in a neutral way (Wynne, 2010). There are several classroom practices that can be described in the favour of the students. The practices are as follows, Educators and the learners must get into each others lives and the behaviours and attitudes of the student must be learnt properly in order to motivate the principles and expectations for living. The mutual respect and common courtesy are maintained by the educators and the learners by addressing one another by name (Wieliczkiewicz, 2014). The educators or the teachers are taught initially and after getting proper education they distribute the knowledge among the students. The learning experiences must be related with the real world and the processes must get the scope to be connected with the lives of the student. The learning processes can be termed as effective if they are related with the emotions and reality of the students. The teachers always recommend the students to concentrate on the critical thinking policies. An idea can be developed or interpersonal skills can be developed if the critical thinking is taught properly (Caroselli, 2003). Classrooms are the best places where the environment of education is non-threatening. The students and the teachers are always ready to take any kind of risks in the field of learning. The classrooms provide that type of environment where the mistakes are taken as opportunities and both the learner and the educator consider the mistakes as future opportunities (Ahmad Usmani, Umar Usmani, 2014). It means they learn from their mistakes and try to avoid them in the future. The memory work, writing skills, reading skills are practiced daily that help the students to enrich their interpersonal skills. These also help the students to build a solid personality. The communication skill and the process of motivating others are also learnt from the classroom practices. The grammatical error is decreased and the vocabulary is enriched by proper teaching processes in the classrooms. It can be elaborated in this way that the effectiveness of the teachers and the capturing power of the students can make the whole process of learning effective for the learners as well as for the educators. The disciplined, positive and caring environment of the classrooms influences the teachers and the students. This type of environment is very effective from the organizational point of view. The teachers and the students get the proper interest to continue the process with great effectiveness. The works of the learners are described in a particular form. Positive and timely feedback is provided to the students in a conventional oral or written commentary. It helps the students in the most effective way and they get proper response against their doubts. The speaking power of the students increases. Classroom teaching process can help a learner to learn about his or her own responsibilities and the behaviour of the student will also get improved by proper education. It helps the students to learn from the past mistakes and they become aware of the situation where they made mistakes last time. The educators teach the learners on their feet and it helps them to create a steady image of their own personalities. The students assume that their leaders are standing tall in any kind of difficult situation. It can be said that the initial stage of learning itself require perfect communication in order to make the students understand about the teaching process. Reflection of personal benefits It is my own experience where I can firmly say that the effectiveness of the teachers and strategic decisions of them can help a student to develop him/herself. An effective teacher is always helpful for the students. It is obvious that the intelligence quotient of the student is always necessary in the education field. I have grown with the help of several teachers in my high school and university. They have held my hand in many difficult situations and helped me out to become a successful man in present days. It can be said that the teachers and the learners must have a minimum communication among them in order to be effective in the learning field. My point of view says that the students must make clear everything in front of the teachers. All the doubts and the queries must be made clear to the teachers in order to gain the best feedback from them. I think the learning process becomes more effective with the effectiveness of the teachers and the students. Proper communication amo ng them can set the environment of the classroom perfectly for them (ALKIN-?AH?N, 2015). I have been benefitted in every possible ways in the field of learning by the teachers thus I think proper learners and educators can make the learning process effective. Influence of child development on learning The influence of child development on learning can be discussed through various stages of discussions (Browne, Cantelo, 2017). The stages are as follows, Meaning of learning The meaning of learning can actually be described depending on the changes in the behaviour of the individuals. It can be said that proper learning can influence a particular student in the best of ways and can help him/her to develop the personality in the best of ways. Another way describing learning can be done by different cultures of the individuals. The role of transmitting the knowledge from one to another can be done effectively by sharing language, beliefs and traditions (Hiraiwa, Bodomo, 2008). Learning through consequences Child development requires different consequences and this makes the learning process more attractive. Different kinds of events, learning processes and many more can make the learning process more effective than any other. It can be said that the children face different situations in the first stages of learning and they can make the educator influenced to take different strategy. This make the learning process more valuable than before. Many paths and ways can be invented while educating a child in the field. Different behaviour and different taking capacities of children can take the learning process to another level (Reifenberg, 2008). It actually expands the way of learning in the most effective way. Learning through different associations The needs of different association can be increased with learning processes of children. It can be said that the children are the one who make the educators think twice before providing the knowledge. Associations and schools are the best place to make a student developed in the society. The morals of life, the ethics and principals, mottos etc. are learnt from these associations and schools (Olayiwola, Alabi, 2015). It is obvious that eligible teachers and proper rules of the association can make the system more effective for the students. They must keep the students in a boundary of rules and regulation. The timings of attending the school must be fixed. Any case of overrule may carry punishment and this will keep the students punctual and they will come to know about the value of time (Jaldell, Lebnak, Amornpetchsathaporn, 2014). These are all the influences that have been noticed while providing knowledge to the students. It can be said that the students are the ones who can change the scenario of learning and the teachers must grab the situation in a perfect way (Mohri, Rostamizadeh, Talwalkar, 2012). Conclusion After going through the project it can be concluded that the teachers and the students must build a proper relationship among each other. A proper relationship and a perfect sense of communication can make the whole scenario effective and it will increase the effectiveness of learning in the most conventional way. The effectiveness and eligibility of the teachers and the catching power of the student can make the whole scenario more effective in the field.
